I just wanted to say a proper thank you for the sterling job you did on my bookshop catalogue. I've had lots of positive comments already and everyone has commented on how straightforward it has been. From my point of view, as I said yesterday, it was delivered on schedule, and to budget, and has been really plain sailing. You've also developed a striking design that we'll be able to use in our future publicity to best effect.
